McCain's VP

What a cute little strategy, McCain. Here's what I imagine your thought process to be like: With Hillary out of the race, many of her supporters have not been quick to back Obama, despite her speech a few nights ago calling for party unity. So what better way to scoop up all those votes than to choose a female vice president?

DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

While I myself did not support Hillary entirely, this is CLEARLY an insult to the very population McCain is catering to. Just because Sarah Palin has a vagina, it does not make her and Hillary equal in any way, shape, or form. In fact, it is downright insulting that McCain would believe one is as good as the other to gain these votes. Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton could not be more opposite and if I had not already made up my mind long ago about who I was voting for, this definitely would have made my decision for me. Disgusting tactic and ridiculous ploy.

In addition to the ridiculousness of thinking one vag is as good as another in office, let's not forget the fact that John McCain is a million years old. Okay, not a million, but you get the idea. If he is not able to fulfill his duties as president, do you really want our next president to be someone who is the governor of a state that has about 50 people, with absolutely no foreign policy experience? No. McCain can no longer use the argument that Obama is inexperienced; Palin has far less experience than he does, and is clearly less-suited for the position of president, or even vice president for that matter.

I truly hope Obama CRUSHES McCain this fall. Cross your fingers.
